31. Isaac MOUNTFORD was born in 1862 in Congleton, Cheshire.¹⁵ He appeared in the census in 1871 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.⁸ He appeared in the census in 1881 in Odd Rode, Cheshire.¹⁵ In 1881 he was a coal miner.¹⁵ In 1891 he was a sailor, serving with the Royal Navy..⁴⁵ He was a crew member serving on board HMS Iron Duke. This ship first sailed in 1870 and was sold for scrap in 1906. He died about 1936.⁴⁵

Isaac MOUNTFORD and Mary Ann BRYAN were married in 1893 in Epsom, Surrey.⁴⁵ They lived in 2, Jubilee Cottages on Epsom Common, Surrey.⁴⁵ Mary Ann BRYAN was born in 1871 in Ewell, Surrey.⁴⁵ Isaac MOUNTFORD and Mary Ann BRYAN had the following children:
