Isaac MOUNTFORD was christened on 7 Mar 1830 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.¹¹ He appeared in the census in 1841 in Mow Cop, Odd Rode, Cheshire.⁵ He appeared in the census in 1851 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.⁶ In 1851 he was a coal miner.⁶ He appeared in the census in 1871 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.⁸ In 1872 he was a collier.¹⁴ He appeared in the census in 1881 in Odd Rode, Cheshire.¹⁵ In 1881 he was a coal miner.¹⁵ He appeared in the census in 1891 in Mow Cop.¹⁶ He is living alone at this time. In 1891 he was a coal miner (employed).¹⁶ He was buried on 4 May 1908 in Astbury, Cheshire.⁴ He died in 1908 in Odd Rode, Cheshire.⁴

Isaac MOUNTFORD and Lydia PICKFORD were married in 1850 in Congleton, Cheshire.¹⁷ Lydia PICKFORD (daughter of Thomas PICKFORD and Martha) was christened on 5 Jan 1834 in Congleton, Cheshire.¹¹ She appeared in the census in 1841 in Mill Green, Congleton, Cheshire.¹⁸ She appeared in the census in 1851 in 192 Lawton Street, Congleton, Cheshire.¹⁹ Her husband, Isaac, is not here on the evening the census was taken. In 1851 she was a cap maker.¹⁹ She appeared in the census in 1871 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.⁸ She died in 1872 in Mow Cop, Cheshire.⁴ She was buried on 12 Feb 1872 in Astbury, Cheshire.⁴ Isaac MOUNTFORD and Lydia PICKFORD had the following children:
